Shipping for International Customers is supplied by Chunghwa Post.,Ltd giving customers the option of International Air or International Courier. These options are available to you during the checkout stage of processing.

Note: Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility. We recommend that you check your country’s import regulations before ordering. The customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery.

Once your parcel has been collected by Chunghwa post, responsibility for its delivery is with Chunghwa post. HSQ will assist you in contacting Chunghwa post so that a satisfactory solution can be found.

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, make sure a physical address is entered in your order.

Please note we do not accept returns or change of mind on all items. Due to the nature of these products, we will not be able to accept any refund or returns because of the customers’ personal preferences.

Orders that contain greater than USD 600 of total amount are split into multiple packages and shipping charges are adjusted accordingly.

The Chunghwa Post service is used to send all packages from this store. We use International Air and this takes approx. 7 – 14 working days. These are estimates of delivery times from Chunghwa Post, however there will be some variation between countries. There may be delays in the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. The maximum value of any combined items able to be sent is USD 600.

Your purchases are automatically insured to a value not exceeding USD 100. Additional Insurance must be purchased for any purchases over USD 100, up to a value of with payment of an additional fee of USD 100 flat fee.

On arrival to your home destination, please verify and comply with the customs regulations for your country to confirm whether or not a duty fee is required. To withhold duty payment and or failure to declare your postal goods may lead to confiscation of the goods. (Please confirm the regulations concerning declarations, customs and duties before choosing to post an item as they vary for each country) Furthermore, if you are not the receiver of the goods (e.g. in the instance where goods were sent as a gift to a third party) the receiver may be required to pay the duty fee. Our store will take no responsibility if you are unable to receive the goods due to the failure to comply with the regulations outlined above. If you are sending goods to a third party please make sure the third party is aware of the impending arrival of the goods. It can often be the case that unanticipated deliveries are refused, therefore incurring a return cost as goods are returned to the point of postage (our store). Please be aware that if this happens we have no choice but to make the customer liable for the costs of any return postage charges and fees that may amount from the return postage of the goods. Our store takes no responsibility if goods are refused entry into a country. The customer should check beforehand whether certain goods are permitted to be taken into their country.

If the goods do not arrive safely, our store will begin a search through Chunghwa Post.,Ltd, which may take up to 120 days to conduct. Where goods cannot be found, a replacement item will be sent. If a suitable replacement item is not available an insurance payment will be made for any goods missing to the maximum value of insurance coverage purchased for the missing item.
